Sparks fly during Fiscal Court meeting

Utility workers responded to a problem transformer behind the Adair County Courthouse Annex Tuesday night which caused a quick power on/off during the Fiscal Court meeting. Those in attendance can speak for all the sparks that flew between Magistrates and Judge Executive as the agenda moved into action items.
