Tornado shelter locations in Metcalfe County

Kim Harwood, Executive Director,
Edmonton Metcalfe Chamber of Commerce

Do you know where the tornado shelters are in Metcalfe County?

Severe weather does not discriminate, it can strike any hour, and in any season. Be prepared, know the risks, and have an emergency plan.

The list below has the location of 14 Tornado Safe Rooms in Metcalfe County. If you do not have a safe spot, know which safe room is the closest to your home and/or work, it may save your life and the life of others!

Shout out to Matt Gallagher for asking that a list of locations be shared with the community as a reminder, and to Dispatcher Beth Wilson for providing the list.
