George Estel Gray, 92, Campbellsville, KY (1930-2023) George Estel Gray of Campbellsville died at 9:00 P.M., Thursday, January 19, 2023. He was 92 years old. The funeral service will be held at 2pmET on Monday, January 23, 2023, at Parrott & Ramsey Funeral Home, 418 Lebanon Ave., Campbellsville, KY, officiated by Dr. Brian Rafferty. Entombment will follow in Family Mausoleum at Brookside Cemetery. Visitation is requested from NoonET until 2pmET on Monday, January 23, 2023 at Parrott & Ramsey Funeral Home. George Estel Gray, son of the late Fred Steven Gray and Mary Oliver Ford Gray, was born January 30, 1930 in Taylor County, Kentucky. He professed faith in Christ and was a member of Campbellsville Baptist Church. He was a retired employee of TGT after thirty-seven years of service. George was a people person who loved seeing his friends and neighbors in the community and spending time with them as much as he could. He united in marriage to Louise Overton June 23, 1951 and she preceded him in death May 6, 2018. George is survived by two sons: Mark Gray of Campbellsville and Jamie Gray and wife, Bobbie of Georgetown; four grandchildren: Troy Gray of Campbellsville, Lindsay Nordin and husband, Danny of Nicholasville, Jacob Gray and wife, Kiera and Savannah Gray of Georgetown; three great-grandchildren: Bennett Nordin, Samuel Nordin, and Paisley Gray; several nieces and nephews and many other relatives and friends. He was also preceded in death by a son, George Kerry Gray October 26, 2009 and nine brothers and sisters with many other relatives and friends.
