New tech at Adair Co. Genealogy and History Research Center

The Adair County Genealogy and History Research Center has acquired and installed an Epson V600 document, photo, negative, and slide scanner at the public computer adjacent to the front entrance to the building. This goes beyond the typical scanner that scans photos and documents, adding the ability to scan black and white negatives, color negatives, and slides.

We want to give you the opportunity to digitize and preserve your old slides, negatives, photos, and letters. Computer and Epson software allows you to improve the quality of old, faded letters, documents, photos and slides.

Phil Hanna can show you how to use it and to convert it from a document/photo scanner into a negative, slide and film scanner.
