ACHS Basketball message from Coach Breeze

Dear Community/Staff/Students/Fans:

We are about to begin practice and embark on the 2022-2023 Adair County High School basketball season. We have many exciting and talented players that should make this year exciting and successful for everyone involved. It is up to the team to put in the time, effort, and dedication in order to ensure that the potential is met.

This year we have another competitive schedule. The schedule will challenge our team and entertain our fans. We will continue our traditional rivalries with district and area schools including Taylor County, Campbellsville, Green County, Russell County, Casey County, and Metcalfe County. Furthermore, we have added games with Grayson County and Rockcastle County. One additional item of note is we will be home during the Christmas break this year with games on the 20th and 21st of December.

Finally, I want to encourage you to pack the gym and be loud this year. We have maintained a competitive and winning program. However, it takes all of us for this to be successful. After the last two years of a public health matter, we should all appreciate and embrace the opportunity to support our children and participate in one of the core fabrics of our community. Let's have fun and make the Adair County High School gym be a raucous environment. ROLL TRIBE!

Cordially:
Coach Deron Breeze
Adair County High School
Head Boys' Basketball Coach
