June 2022 Summer Reading opportunities from ACPL

Adair County Public Library

Summer Reading begins on Wednesday, June 1, 2022, with programs at the Adair County Public Library at 10amCT for children ages 5 through 8, and Lap Sit reading at 2pmCT for children from 6 months to 4 years.

The program will continue each Wednesday through July 20, 2022, including, by special invitation, two Summer Assemblies at Adair County Primary Center! To attend the school events, parents just need to come into the library to register with us for their children to be part of our Summer Reading Program.

  • June 1, 2pmCT, Lap Sit reading at ACPL

  • June 8, 10amCT, "Creatures of the Sea" at ACPL
  • June 8, 2pmCT, Lap Sit reading at ACPL

  • June 15, 11:30amCT, "Kids On The Block" Puppets at ACPC
  • June 15, 2pmCT, Lap Sit reading at ACPL

  • June 22, 10amCT, "Our Home, Our Earth" at ACPL
  • June 22, 2pmCT, Lap Sit reading at ACPL

  • June 29, 11:30amCT, "Hooked On Science", Jason Lindsey, at ACPC
  • June 29, 2pmCT, Lap Sit reading at ACPL
Registration will begin on June 1, 2022, and continue throughout the month. For More Information call the library at 270-384-2472.
