EDA Board to meet on Tue 21 Sept 2021

The Columbia-Adair County Economic Development Authority will hold a Board of Directors Meeting at 8amCT on Tuesday, September 21, 2021, in the Chamber of Commerce basement meeting area at 201 Burkesville Street, Columbia, KY.

Meeting Agenda:

Presiding - Bobby Morrison, Chairman
Welcome, Call To Order, Determination of a Quorum, Pledge of Allegiance & Prayer

Business:
- Approval of Minutes as presented - Kenzie Rowe, Secretary
- Approval of Treasurer's Report as presented - Roger Meadows, Treasurer

New Business:
- 1. Update on Quitclaim Deed - Kenzie and Mark
- 2 Update on second entrance, location, topo, timeline, etc.
- 3. Chester mowed second entrance land and we paid him $200
- 4. AC/Heat upstairs - Wall Heating won the quote, Chamber/Ellen Zornes, Tourism/Caleb Irvin and EDA met, I agreed since there is agreement that each pays a third. Estimates are $7,500 on Wall's part; plus ServePro to dry out walls from leaks while trying to repair unit, $593.
- 5. Road all but 2% paid for
- 6. Update on Synergy Food Group - Mayor Pam Hoots
- 7. Update on Video of Park - Heather and Bobby. Rodney Hitch called and said needed to do while leaves and asked if we would share cost with East KY and TCRECC. Told him I felt sure we would.
- 8. Other Business for discussion or Announcements
