Marie Mosby Fields, 92, Edmonton, KY (1929-2021) Marie Mosby Fields of Edmonton passed away, Monday, August 30, 2021, at T.J. Samson Community Hospital in Glasgow. She was 92 years old. Funeral services for Marie Fields will be held at 1pmCT on Thursday, September 2, 2021, at Butler Funeral Home, 201 East St., Edmonton, KY. Burial will follow in the Missionary Mound Cemetery. Visitation will be after 9amCT on Thursday until the service time. Marie was born in Sparta, Tennessee February 22, 1929. She retired from Edmonton Manufacturing and was a 70-year member of the Grace Union Baptist Church. Mrs. Fields is survived by two grandsons. Scotty Mosby of Edmonton and Jeremy Mosby of Glasgow. Two daughters in laws. Patricia Mosby of Glasgow and Juanita Mosby of Edmonton. Six great grandchildren. Haley York, Tasha, Gretchen, Sawyer, Raelyn and Jameson Mosby. Three great-great grandchildren. Gracie, Macie and Sophie Bailey. A sister Mildred Scott of Glasgow. A brother Bobby Young of Tennessee. Three stepchildren. Teresa Kitchens, Gail Chapman and Rick Fields. Several step grandchildren also survive. Mrs. Fields was preceded in death by her husbands, Morris Mosby and Elbert Fields. Two sons, Paul and Ronnie Mosby. Two grandsons, Brandon and Greg Mosby. Three sisters also preceded her in death. Butler Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
