Letter: Do the right thing for your grandchildren

Find your vaccination site with this link: vaccines.gov or call 1-800-232-0233.

Vicki Brock Miller writes:
What's so scary about these new cases is that so many of them are children! Being a grandmother, there's no way I would not get a vaccine. It would be the worst thing ever if I gave my family COVID-19. How do these people not getting the vaccine live with the idea they could be responsible for the sickness or death of their grandchildren or children. It blows my mind that anyone would take this chance with the people they supposedly love.

I challenge all grandparents that haven't been vaccinated to please get on the ball and make your appointment now. I've had my shots and there's nothing to it. Please do it for the sake of your grandchildren that depend on YOU to do the right thing. This is just one Mimi's opinion. I love my family with all my heart and want them to be safe. --Vicki
