Charles (Glenn) Milby, 58, Green Co., KY (1962-2021)

Charles "Glenn" Milby of the Allendale Community of Green County passed away on Saturday, February 13, 2021 at the U of L Hospital in Louisville. He was 58 years old.

The funeral services for Glenn Milby will be conducted at 1pmCT on Sunday, February 21, 2021, at the Cowherd and Parrott Funeral Home, 206 S. Main St., Greensburg, KY, with Bro. Jerry Noe officiating. Burial will follow in the Carlisle-Milby Cemetery.

A walk-through only visitation is requested from 4pmCT until 7pmCT on Saturday, at the Cowherd and Parrott Funeral Home and after 7amCT on Sunday until time of the funeral service.

Due to state mandate and Covid-19, please continue to practice social distancing and facial covering.


Charles "Glenn" Milby, son of the late Bobby Gene Milby and Gracie Whitlow Milby, was born on Wednesday, March 7, 1962 in Green County.

He had made a profession of faith in Christ and was a member of the Brush Creek Baptist Church. He was also a self-employed retired truck driver, was a carpenter and constructed hoop barns.

Survived by his wife: Connie Sue Dunn Milby of the Allendale Community having united in marriage on September 5, 1980 in Larue County.

Other survivors include a son and daughter-in-law: Jeffrey Carlee Milby of Knifley; four grandchildren: Memphis Milby, Chesney Milby, Raelee Milby, and Kenlee Milby; two brothers and a sister-in-law: Bobby Ray and Ann Milby of Summersville, and Timothy Neal Milby of Donansburg; a sister: Suzanne Druin of Bowling Green; and a host of other relatives and friends.

Mr. Milby was also preceded in death by a brother: Billy Gene Milby.

The family has asked that expressions of sympathy take the form of donations to the Gideon Bible Fund or the Brush Creek Baptist Church, which can be made at the funeral home.

Pallbearers: Scott Coffey, Steve Lewis, Tommy Noe, Eddie Bailey, Tommy Bailey, Tim Jeffries.
