Payne, Hardwick selected for 2021 LCADD positions On January 28, 2021, the Lake Cumberland Area Development District's (LCADD) Board of Directors held its first meeting of the year through a zoom meeting. The full board is automatically comprised of all judge-executives and mayors from Adair, Casey, Clinton, Cumberland, Green, McCreary, Pulaski, Russell, Taylor and Wayne counties. In addition, 20 citizens from all 10 counties serve on the Board. During the meeting, board officers for 2021 were elected as follows:
