Kenny Ray Foley, 70, Russell County, KY (1950-2020) Kenny Ray Foley, of Foley Road, Russell Springs, passed away on Sunday, November 22, 2020, at his home surrounded by his family. He was 70 years of age. Born on October 30, 1950, in the Webbs Crossroads Community of Russell County, Kentucky, he was the son of the late Vernon and Elizabeth Wilson Foley. Kenny Ray was a SP4 US Army Veteran of the Vietnam War and a hard worker. He was a small engine mechanic and owner of Foley’s Small Engine. Kenny Ray was also a cattle hauler and owner of K&S Trucking. Survivors include his beloved wife, Sharon Owens Foley of Russell Springs, whom he wed on June 7, 1969; his son, Alan (and Micah) Foley of Russell Springs; his daughter, Allison (and Mark) McQueary of Russell Springs; two grandchildren, Dalton Foley and Vance Foley; a sister, Judy (and Smythe) James of Russell Springs; and a host of family and friends. In addition to his parents, Kenny Ray was preceded in death by a daughter, Kelly Raye Foley. Due to COVID restrictions, funeral services will be held privately for family only on Wednesday, November 25, 2020, at Bernard Funeral Home. Burial will follow in New Friendship Cemetery.
