John Lundy, 73, Columbia, KY (1947-2020) John Lundy of Columbia passed away on Sunday, September 13, 2020, at the University of Louisville Hospital. He was 73 years old. The funeral service will be held at 1pmCT on Friday, September 18, 2020, at Grissom-Martin Funeral Home, 200 Campbellsville Street, Columbia, KY, with Bro. Gregory Sawyer delivering the eulogy. Burial will follow in Forest Lawn Cemetery, with full military honors presented by VFW Post 6097 Visitation is requested after 11amCT on Friday until time of the service. All attendees to the visitation and/or funeral are required to wear a facial covering and follow Healthy at Work guidelines. He was born February 14, 1947 in Sparta, Georgia to the late John Henry & Iola Spencer Lundy. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Eugene Carlton Lundy. John was a member of Mattie E. Coleman AME Zion Church in Knoxville and attended 3Trees Church after moving to Columbia. He was a United States Army Veteran and a former machine operator for Alfa Industries. He was an avid University of Tennessee Volunteers fan and loved his family. Survivors Include:
