ACSO: Russell woman arrested after injury collision From Adair County Sheriff’s Office, Sheriff Josh Brockman On 9-4 -20 at 8:30 pm Sheriff’s Deputy Joey Keith responded to a reported single vehicle collision with injuries 3 miles east of Columbia on KY 80 East. Upon arrival and investigation it was found that Latisha Bunch age 21 of Russell Springs was traveling west and lost control of her vehicle. Her 2002 Honda passenger car crossed over the highway and left the roadway striking a tree. After being treated and medically released she was placed into custody and lodged in Adair County Regional Jail by Deputy Keith for operating a motor vehicle under the influence of drugs.
