911 Surcharge Fee Notice

By Jason Upchurch, Director
Adair County 9-1-1

We have been made aware that residents of Adair County that have landline telephone services were charged a $2.00 surcharge fee for 9-1-1 in the month of July; as well as a $2.00 surcharge fee for 9-1-1 on their water bill for July.

The confusion has been resolved, and landline customers in Adair County will see a credit to their telephone bill in the month of August or September 2020 for those charges.

Anyone with further questions can contact the Adair County 9-1-1 Center admin line at 270-384-4760. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. Thank you for your continued support for all Adair County Emergency Services.
