County Agricultural Investment Program - farmers can apply See also: Youth Agricultural Incentives Program By Teresa Bright Adair County Cooperative Extension Service The Kentucky Agricultural Development Board recently approved $191,000 in Agricultural Development Funds for the 2020 Adair County CAIP program (County Agricultural Investment Program) to be administered by the Adair County Cattlemen's Association. CAIP offers 11 investment areas that provide Kentucky agricultural producers cost-share assistance on practices that increase net farm income and opportunities to try new/innovative technologies or systems that improve farm efficiency and productivity. This program is a 50% cost-share program with a maximum funding of $1,500 per farm operation. Beginning Monday, August 10, 2020, through August 28, 2020, applications for the 2020 Adair County CAIP program will be available. How to obtain an application, beginning Monday Aug 10:
