WIC has important updates for Kentucky participants

WIC has some important updates for Kentucky participants and/or those who may need to apply in the face of possible income losses due to COVID-19 changes:

- If you have had a change in income, you may now qualify for WIC. Use this prescreening tool to see if you are eligible: https://wic.fns.usda.gov/…/preScreenTool.xhtml;jsessionid=0…

- If you're having trouble finding 1% or less milk during the COVID-19 pandemic (essential for bones and teeth) it will be ok to purchase 2% milk during this time.

- One month of WIC benefits on your eWIC card for members with an active certification. Certification is available over the phone.
