Mary Giles Sullivan, 65, teacher Mary Giles Sullivan, 65, Glensfork, 10667 Hwy 55 South, Columbia, KY, passed away Wednesday, December 24, at 6:00 p.m. at the Cozumel Hospital in Cozumel, Mexico. The funeral service will be Thursday, January 1, 2004, at 2:00 p.m., at Fairview Separate Baptist Church on Highway 55 in Russell County, with Rev. Donnie Coffey officiating. Visitation is at Stotts-Phelps-McQueary Funeral Home after 4:00 p.m., Wednesday, December 31, 2003 and after 8:00 a.m., on Thursday, January 1, 2004, at Fairview Separate Baptist Church. Mrs. Sullivan was a member of the Fairview Separated Church. She was a retired school teacher who classroom career was in the Adair County School System and Lindsey Wilson College in Columbia. She was the daughter of the late Welby and Thelma Dixon Giles.She is survived by her husband, Al Sullivan, Glensfork, and the following:
