Adair Co. Cooperative Extension Online Resources

By Tony Rose, County Extension Agent for 4-H Youth Development
Adair County Cooperative Extension Service

During these unusual times, we would like to remind everyone of the online resources that the Cooperative Extension Service has available to the community.

The first is the Adair County Cooperative Extension Service webpage. Our office webpage has information related to all Extension program areas: 4-H Youth Development, Agriculture & Natural Resources, Family & Consumer Sciences and information on many other topic areas. The 4-H Youth Development page has tons of resources available for youth and parents to use during this time of social distancing and staying at home. A second resource is our social media resources. The office has a Facebook page, Twitter, and Instagram. These are being updated daily with information, videos, educational resources and activities:

These are great ways to get updated information on programs and activities offered by the Adair County Cooperative Extension Service.

These resources do not replace the in-person, face to face contact that we all prefer, but during these times we are trying to make use of the on-ine resources to keep the community up-to-date and informed.

Educational programs of Kentucky Cooperative Extension serve all people regardless of economic or social status and will not discriminate on the basis of race, color, ethnic origin, national origin, creed, religion, political belief, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, pregnancy, marital status, genetic information, age, veteran status, or physical or mental disability.
