Letter: Brown is new favorite color

I'm resisting the temptation to use the adjective "great" to describe this pic. Great is just simply too limited in descriptive juices, so to speak.

After drinking in the complexity of the pic's simplicity, the clarity of soft contrast and the richness of muted tone, brown is now my favorite color! --BJF
