New KET show explores KY food and where it comes from By Janet Patton, Lexington Herald-Leader A new show on KET celebrates Kentucky food and the local farmers who grow it, from Appalachia to Paducah and in between. "The Farmer & The Foodie" will premier Saturday at 2:30 Eastern on KET. In the six-episode season, foodie Lindsey McClave and farmer Maggie Keith explore the state's culinary riches. Keith is a fourth generation farmer who raises grassfed beef in Crestwood just outside of Louisville at Foxhollow Farm. McClave is a Louisville-based food writer and recipe developer.
