  • 1st Item: Zoning decision 511 Burkesville Street - possible revote by council to approve or deny a decision of the City of Columbia Planning and Zoning Commission to deny a request to change property located at 511 Burkesville Street from R-2 Low Moderate Density Residential to C-2 Highway Oriented Commercial Property owned by Dustin Brockman.
