Good Shepherd, Rotary Club help those in need

By Dick Fitzpatrick

Members of the Good Shepherd Catholic Church gathered in our Church basement to sort out donated food from our Parrish members as Thanksgiving gifts for needy families November 25, 2019.

Boxes were filled with food items for Thanksgiving plus an IGA gift card for $25 in each of the six boxes.

I transported four boxes of food to the Good Shepherd Shop for pick up by the four families. I also delivered two boxes to the families homes. In all, the Good Shepherd Church was able to assist six needy families with the basics for a great Thanksgiving meal.
