Green Co. Grand Jury returns indictments Wed 6 Nov 2019

Indictments brought against 9 individuals from Summersville, Hardyville, and Greensburg, KY, on charges including rape, assault, terroristic threatening, theft, and receiving stolen property.

NOTE: Indictments are considered formal charges. An indictment is not a finding of guilt. An individual charged by indictment is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty at some later criminal proceeding.

The Green County, KY Circuit Court grand jury, Greensburg, KY, returned indictments against the following individuals on Wednesday, 6 November 2019:


  • George R. Anderson, Bubert Wright Rd., Summersville, KY Indictment No. 19-CR-00066. Charged with 4 counts. Counts 1-4 - Rape, 1st degree. Bond set at $40,000/10%, no contact with victim.

  • Nathan D. Wells, Liberty Lawson Rd., Hardyville, KY Indictment No. 19-CR-00067. Charged with 5 counts. Count 1 - Convicted felon in possession of a handgun. Count 2 - Possession of a firearm by a convicted felon. Count 3 - Assault, 4th degree (domestic violence). Count 4 - Terroristic threatening, 3rd degree. Count 5 - Unlawful imprisonment, 2nd degree. Bond set at $10,000 cash, no contact with victims/witnesses, no alcohol use, no illegal drug use.

  • Dana Walker, Taylors Chapel Rd., Greensburg, KY Indictment No. 19-CR-00068-001. Charged with 1 count. Count 1 - Receiving stolen property under $10,000. Bond set at $5,000 unsecured, no violations of the law, no use of drugs or alcohol, no contact with the complaining witness.

  • Norman D. Warren, Taylors Chapel Road, Greensburg, KY Indictment No. 19-CR-00068-002. Charged with 1 count. Count 1 - Receiving stolen property under $10,000. Bond set at $5,000 unsecured, no violations of the law, no use of drugs or alcohol, no contact with complaining witness.

  • Charles D. Woolford, Hudgins Hwy, Greensburg, KY Indictment No. 19-CR-00068-003. Charged with 1 count. Count 1 - Receiving stolen property under $10,000. Bond set at $5,000 unsecured, no violations of the law, no use of drugs or alcohol, no contact with the complaining witness.

  • Troy Akin, Marshall Ridge Rd., Greensburg, KY Indictment No. 19-CR-00069-001. Charged with 1 count. Count 1 - Convicted felon in possession of a handgun. Bond set at $1,000 full cash, no violations of the law, no use of drugs or alcohol, no use/possession of firearms.

  • Christopher C. Robb, Marshall Ridge Rd., Greensburg, KY Indictment No. 19-CR-00069-002. Charged with 3 counts. Count 1 - Convicted felon in possession of a handgun. Count 2 - Possession of a firearm by a convicted felon. Count 3 - Persistent felony offender. Bond set at $1,000 full cash, no violations of the law, no use of drugs or alcohol, no use/possession of firearms, no contact with co-defendants.

  • Phillip J. Sallee, Marshall Ridge Rd., Greensburg, KY Indictment No. 19-CR-00069-003. Charged with 2 counts. Count 1 - Convicted felon in possession of a handgun. Count 2 - Possession of firearm bya convicted felon. Bond set at $5,000 full cash, no violations of the law, no use of drugs/alcohol, no use/possession of firearms, no contact with co-defendant.

  • Terry D. Neagle, Penitentiary Bend Rd., Greensburg, KY Indictment No. 19-CR-00070. Charged with 1 count. Count 1 - TBUT or disposition all others $500 or more but under $10,000. Bond set at $1,000 USB, no contact with victim.
