It's currently 60F at the Adair County Mesonet station. It rained all through the night here and will continue today, diminishing after 2pmCT. Today's high may be in the low 60's. Northeast wind 8 to 10 mph, with gusts as high as 21 mph.

It will be partly cloudy tonight, with isolated showers tapering off before 8pmCT, and a low around 45. Northeast wind around 6 mph.

Tuesday should be mostly sunny and mild, with a high near 72F. Northeast wind 3 to 8 mph.

Tuesday night should be mostly clear, with an overnight low around 48F and east wind 3 to 6 mph.

Mother Nature teased our county all Sunday with hopeful rain clouds and light winds. At 6pm (CST), everything that the sun had dried out over the past few months received a steady drink of water. The sound hitting the porch roof was glorious! I'm not sure who was more excited, Kasey Blue Kessler or this photographer (his mother). - TK
