Green Co. Grand Jury returns indictments Wed 11 Sept 2019

Indictments brought against 8 individuals from Greensburg and Campbellsville, KY, on charges including theft, burglary, wanton endangerment, trafficking, and DUI.

NOTE: Indictments are considered formal charges. An indictment is not a finding of guilt. An individual charged by indictment is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty at some later criminal proceeding.

The Green County, KY Circuit Court grand jury, Greensburg, KY, returned indictments against the following individuals on Wednesday, 11 September 2019:


  • Faith Hilbert, N. Second St., Greenburg, KY Indictment No. 19-CR-00046. Charged with 1 count. Count 1 - Theft of identity of another w/o consent. Bond set at $500 cash, no contact with victim.

  • William T. Despain, Highway 1464, Greensburg, KY Indictment No. 19-CR-00047. Charged with 5 counts. Count 1 - Burglary, 3rd degree. Count 2 - Burglary, 3rd degree. Count 3 - TBUT or disposition, all others, over $500 but less than $10,000. Count 4 - TBUT or disposition, all others, over $500 but less than $10,000. Count 5 - Persistent felony offender, 1st degree. Bond set at $1,500 full cash, no use of drugs or alcohol, no violations of the law, no contact with complaining witness, stay out of Grab community.

  • Elijah C. Rattliff, L. Walker Rd., Greensburg, KY Indictment No. 19-CR-00048. Charged with 11 counts. Counts 1-2 - Wanton endangerment, 1st degree, police officer. Count 3 - Wanton endangerment, 1st degree. Count 4 - Fleeing or evading police, 1st degree. Count 5 - Falsely reporting an incident. Count 6 - Operator motor vehicle under influence alcohol/drugs/etc., .08 1st offense. Count 7 - Possession of marijuana. Count 8 - Person 18-20 possession/purchase/attempt purchase/have another purchase alcohol. Count 9 - Speeding 26MPH over limit. Count 10 - Disregarding stop sign. Count 11 - Improper start from parked position. Bond set at $10,000 full cash, no violations of the law, no use of drugs or alcohol, no contact with complaining witness.

  • Mark W. Taylor, S. Central Ave., Campbellsville, KY Indictment No. 19-CR-00049. Charged with 8 counts. Count 1 - Theft of motor vehicle registration plate/renewal decal. Count 2 - Failure of owner to maintain required insurance, 1st offense. Count 3 - No/Expired registration plates. Count 4 - No/Expired registration receipt. Count 5 - Failure to produce insurance card. Count 6 - Improper equipment. Count 7 - Display of illegal/altered registration plate. Count 8 - Persistent felony offender, 1st degree. Bond set at $5,000 unsecured, no violations of the law, no use of drugs or alcohol.

  • Jason Z. Green, Highway 88, Greensburg, KY Indictment No. 19-CR-00050. Charged with 4 counts. Count 1 - Trafficking in controlled substance, 1st degree, 1st offense, <2g methamphetamine. Count 2 - Drug paraphernalia, buy/possess. Count 3 - Possession of marijuana. Count 4 - Persistent felony offender, 2nd degree. Bond set at $2,500 full cash, no violations of the law, no use of drugs or alcohol.

  • Amy N. Dile, Columbia Highway, Greensburg, KY Indictment No. 19-CR-00051-001. Charged with 1 count. Count 1 - TBUT or disposition, all others, $500 or more but under $10,000. Bond set at $5,000 USB, no contact with victim.

  • Faith R. Hilbert, Columbia Highway, Greensburg, KY Indictment No. 19-CR-00051-002. Charged with 1 count. Count 1 - TBUT or disposition, all others, $500 or more but under $10,000. Bond set at $5,000 USB, no contact with victim.

  • Rex C. Davis, McCullum Ave., Greensburg, KY Indictment No. 19-CR-00052-001. Charged with 2 counts. Count 1 - Theft of identity of another without consent. Count 2 - Fraudulent use of credit card under $10,000. Bond set at $5,000 USB, no contact with victim.

  • Shana M. Parsons, W. Court St., Greensburg, KY Indictment No. 19-CR-00052-002. Charged with 2 counts. Count 1 - Theft of identity of another without consent. Coutn 2 - Fraudulent use of credit card under $10,000. Bond set at $5,000 USB, no contact with victim.
