Warren County's growth outpaces all Kentucky counties By Don Sergent, Bowling Green Daily News New statistics from the U.S. Census Bureau provide more evidence that Warren County is pulling away from the field in terms of growth among Kentucky counties. Warren County's population grew by 2,269 people from July 1, 2017, to July 1, 2018, meaning it gained more new residents in that year than any of the state's other 119 counties, census figures show. Hardin County was second, adding 2,130 new residents, and Fayette County was third with a growth of 1,587. Jefferson County, the state's largest county, added only 140 people over the 12 months.
