Brown and Brown to acquire United Development Systems

Yahoo Finance is reporting that "Brown & Brown of Kentucky, Inc., a subsidiary of Brown & Brown, Inc., has acquired substantially all of the assets of UDS.... a leader in F&I performance and compliance management for auto dealers in Florida and the Southeast."

Mike Neal says, "With addition of the teammates from UDS we continue to build out the best of the best in our national platform to service dealers. This acquisition will also offer an additional opportunity for our Columbia Kentucky office to serve the commercial insurance needs to the UDS clients with POS offerings from our call center."
