LOCATION: Adair County Clerk's Office, 424 Public Square, Ste 3, Columbia KY TIME: During normal business hours: Monday-Friday, 8amCT to 4pmCT, and Saturdays 8amCT-NoonCT WHEN: Friday, May 3rd, 2019 through Monday, May 20, 2019 PROHIBITON AGAINST ELECTIONEERING DURING ABSENTEE VOTING (MACHINES) Pursuant to KRS117.235 (3); KRS 117.255; 31 KAR 4:170 The electioneering ban during absentee voting only applies to the Courthouse Annex, in which absentee voting is being conducted and prohibits election materials to be affixed to the interior and exterior of the building.Who is eligible for Absentee Voting on Voting Machines in Office:
