LWC swimming competes at MSC Championship By Benjamin Riegger The Lindsey Wilson men and women's swimming teams are set to compete for the Mid-South Conference Championships Thursday through Saturday at Kingsport Aquatic Center, 1820 Meadowview Pkwy, Kingsport, TN. Lindsey Wilson is one of nine schools competing for the conference championship. Joining them is Bethel (TN), Campbellsville (KY), Cumberlands (KY), Indiana Wesleyan, Life (GA), Lindenwood- Bellville (IL), Loyola (LA) and Midland (NE). The action begins at 9amCT both Thursday and Friday with finals heats begin at 4pmCT on both days. Saturday's action begins at 8amCT with preliminaries as the finals start a 4CT. Both the men and women's swim teams concluded their regular season with victories over Campbellsville on January 19. Last season the men's swimming team, finished in third out of eight teams in the conference championships. Clemens Paetzold earned second team all conference honors upon completion of the event. The Blue Raider women's swimming team finished fourth out of eight teams in the conference championships. Bailey Seitz, Jessica Macdonald and Emily wood all earned first team all conference honors.
