Construction alerts for LBN and I65 By Wes Watt Construction projects continue on LBN and I65 from November 12 through November 16. All work is subject to change. Louie B. Nunn Cumberland Parkway Work to continue on a bridge maintenance contract on various bridges along the Louie B. Nunn Cumberland Parkway. The work will consist of cleaning, painting and applying a concrete coating to 28 bridges along the parkway. Expect lane closures to be in place at various bridges along the parkway and on the routes that pass beneath. Interstate 65 A major resurfacing project between mile marker 35 and mile marker 44 in both directions will continue. The interstate will be down to lane in areas so motorists should use caution.
