Benefit and Auction at Columbia Christian Church Sat 3 Nov 2018 There will be a benefit with food and an auction on Saturday, November 3, 2018 at 5:30pmCT at Columbia Christian Church, 206 Campbellsville ST, Columbia, KY, to help Jennifer Crawhorn and family with medical, travel, and food expenses. To make donations, contact Lauren Crawhorn at 270-378-0399, Angie Hutchison at 270-378-0118, or Deena Murphy at 270-378-0396. In 2016, Jennifer was diagnosed with Hodgkin's Lymphoma. She battled this until February 2018. Jennifer also has a condition known as PCOS, which makes it hard to conceive children. She and husband Kevin already had one son, who is now 19 years old. Part of Jennifer going into remission was to have a stem cell transplant. While in remission (finishing radiation) Jennifer became pregnant with their second son, Caleb. This was supposed to be completely impossible. They did not find out about Caleb until she was 4 months pregnant, and Caleb was born 3 months later at 29 weeks. He has been in the NICU the last couple of months but is doing extremely well, and will hopefully be home within the next couple of weeks. Jennifer went for a routine pet scan in September and got devastating news that her cancer is back. This benefit/auction will help with with medical, travel, and food expenses. Any and all donations are appreciated. This story was posted on 2018-10-18 15:59:30
