Observations in the CM archives shared for a smile A friend took time to share: "As I did my usual morning perambulation through Columbia Magazine's 5-and 10-years-ago links, my eye snagged on this headline from a half-decade ago: "Nuisance Committee to meet, Wed 30 Jan 2019." Small Changes Can Make a Big Difference Start by taking some small steps, and encouraging others to do so, during the month of February and beyond to improve heart health.
