Loose Dogs on 206 From Kyrnan Bowman At about 10:40 am on Sunday, I drove by two dogs loose on the bridge where Bull Run meets Highway 206. They seemed like they had escaped from their homes, maybe by swimming across the creek, as they were wet. I pulled over and hung out with them for a bit, they were very friendly. I'm worried they will get hit by a car, as they seemed to have no fear of them, and didn't hesitate to run into the road or chase cars. I noticed they'd periodically sit under the bridge for shade, and go to the creek to drink. If these are your dogs, and have escaped in the area, I'd suggest you look here first. Tim Stephens, 61, Russell County, KY (1962-2024) Timmy Ray Stephens, of Russell Springs, passed away Thursday, April 11, 2024. He was 61 years of age. Tim was a farmer and a "Jack-of-all-trades." He milked cows, grew tobacco and vegetables commercially, and was the co-owner of Stephens' Nursery. He was a welder, his own personal veterinarian, and a carpenter. When it came to farming, you name it - he could pretty much do it.
