Giddian Alexander House restoration in Waterview By Linda Waggener In past photos and stories on Columbia Magazine, we've referred to a beautiful home between Burkesville and Marrowbone, KY as the Sewell House, a century old Victorian mansion at Waterview in Cumberland County. New owner Frank Gascar, however, during his restoration work in progress, uncovered history. He now has a plaque hanging in the home naming it "The Giddian Alexander House", built in 1905.
