Multi-county pursuit ends in the arrest of a Crestwood man Fleeing motorcycle alleged to have reached speeds of 130 miles per on chase beginning in Bullitt County, continuing into Jefferson County before suspect apprehended and arrested. He faces multiple charges. NOTE: Arrests and charges are not findings of guilt. Sharp, Public Information Officer Kentucky State Police Post 4, Elizabethtown, KY SHEPHERDSVILLE, KY (Thu 24 May 2018) - Kentucky State Police (KSP) Post 04 arrested a Crestwood man Thursday morning, following a two-county vehicle pursuit on May 24, 2018. At approximately 10:46amET, while on routine patrol, KSP Post 04 Troopers observed a motorcycle speeding northbound on I-65 near the 110 mile marker in Bullitt County. As Troopers attempted to stop the vehicle, the operator began to flee reaching speeds in excess of 130mph. The pursuit having begun in Bullitt County continued into Jefferson County before ending in the northbound lanes at the 129 mile marker on I-65. Adair County quizbowlers will compete against more than 90 other high school teams from around the country and the world. Adair County is on a current streak of 18 straight Kentucky State Governor's Cup appearances. Dalton was born in Gradyville, KY on February 5, 1938. He was preceded in death by his parents, Annilee and Durard Taylor, from Kentucky. Colonel Taylor dedicated his life to serving God, his family, and as a decorated veteran and hero, served his country, which he loved so much, 33 years in the US Air Force. Colonel Taylor enlisted in the Air Force in San Antonio, in 1955, completing his Basic Training at Lackland Air Force Base. Colonel Taylor then began his career as a pilot, upon completing flight school. Husky type dog with collar found in southern Adair County, KY Today I saw a Husky looking dog with a collar and a piece of cable attached to it. He looked lost and hungry. He was black with a white coat and clear steel eyes. The dog was on E.Smith Road in the Breeding area about a mile off Hwy 61. I post this because I think someone in the area had lost such a dog. Marian Clair Parker, 77, Taylor County, KY (1940-2018) She married Ronald Evan Parker, who survives, and they would have celebrated their 42nd Wedding Anniversary on July 10 of this year. She was a talented artist, loved helping the needy, loved to fish and play golf and never met a stranger.
