If there is someone out there who has not tried the lemon bread that Cait Bunnell makes they are missing out on some good eats. It is almost habit forming. I like it all. but my favorite part is the bottom where a lot of the lemon settles.

It kind of reminds me of the old days when I made rum cakes and most of the rum would settle to the bottom. - Maury E Lewis/aka melewi
Maury: You talk prettier than Anthony Bourdain ever could. I can almost see him at the Farmer's Market, eating Cait's bread and struggling to find the words you just said. - EW

Ed McGuire's first mission at CU was to write a Mission Statement for its flagship television station, WLCU, and it's still on WLCU's website homepage today: WLCU is a service of Campbellsville University, where we believe there has never been a better time for Christian higher education. He's made a huge impact on station and on the level of culinary awareness with his show. Food is better in South Central Kentucky in no small part because of the contributions of Ed McGuire.

CAMPBELLSVILLE, KY - As cliche that it is to say, the phrase, "been watching it since it started" just so happens to fit the script when looking at the impact one man has made on Campbellsville University television.
