Motorists should expect slick road conditions overnight and during the Thursday morning commute, even on previously treated surfaces, due to re-freezing and extended cold temperatures. If you must travel slow down, leave plenty of space between vehicles and give yourself extra time to reach your destination.

I did a little research on preventing colds. Might be something new, might not!

First, if you haven't been getting a flu shot, be sure to do that. Also, Vit D & zinc are suggested, as well as ongoing Vitamin C. Combining turmeric & honey is supposed to boost anti-inflammatory responses & and boost the immune system.

Surprisingly. It's suggested to get outside in the cold more! And, the usual recommendations of hand washing, exercising, getting enough rest, etc, are still there.
