A Columbia Magazine reader shares on the subject of street lights that as a general rule KU customers with an email address can self-report a street light out at lge-ku.com/outages.

In the "service provider" block, click on "select," then click on "KU." The "Please Explain" block can be used to provide a specific location ("12 Grandview Dr.," between 12 and 14 Grandview Dr, "corner of Walk and Wait," etc., pole #, etc.) The other information blocks are self-explanatory.
