Opinion: Kentucky needs a Hands Free state law By James Roberts This is a picture (below) of a sign that I had taken at a Tennessee welcome center some time back. This is what the State of Kentucky needs desperately to try to curb the excessive use of electronic devices while driving. I sent this to Senator Max Wise and we conversed several times via email on this matter. Supposedly the Kentucky State Highway Department was looking into the possibility of working with the Kentucky Legislature to address this problem. I haven't heard about anything being done about this. Maybe with enough people contact our lawmakers we can all together get something finally done. The contact info is: Max.Wise@lrc.ky.gov. Just trying to help, --James 2024-03-13 17:11:04 | Comments | Printable version

Letter: Roundabouts Mig Feuser writes: When I started driving a car, which is nearly 45 years ago now, I got used to roundabouts in Great Britain. Some of them were the large ones like Trafalgar Square in London - infamously known from the National Lampoon's European Vacation movie - others were simply white dots in the middle of a smalltown intersection.Comments re: Letter: What about roundabouts? 2024-03-13 10:32:53 | Comments | Printable version | See topic Letters and Reader Feedback
