Jailer Joey White told the committee that the Jail is running approximately $130,000 under budget for the year. He reported, however, that there are problems with the elevator which could cost as much a $30,000 to replace. He also reported continued problems with staffing, with, at the time, a shortage of four employees. He reported that he had interviewed five in the past week.
