Mrs. Estelle Cox, 92, Taylor County, KY (1925-2017) Mrs. Cox professed faith in Christ and attended the International Gospel Lighthouse Church in Acton. She enjoyed conversing with people, and was the owner of the Echo Valley Grocery Store in Mannsville. She was the daughter of the late Noah Edmund & Dora Cetta (Tucker) Garrett, and the widow of James Oakley Cox. She was the matriarch of a highly regarded South Central Kentucky family. She leaves nine direct living descendants, spanning four generations. Her only child, Carolyn Campbell of Columbia, KY, with whom she lived the last precious days of her life.
