Letter: Wonderful story by Celia Downey

George Rice writes:
God made dogs especially to be friends to mankind. No other animal can touch you like a dog. As to cat lovers, they also can be affectionate, but always on their terms, if they want to and when they want. And if you offend a cat they will get even. Offend a dog and before you can apologize they have already forgiven. --George Rice
