Mr. George Frank Hagan, Taylor Co. KY/Monroe Co, KY native (1927-2016) Mr. Hagan professed faith in Christ and was of the Baptist faith. He was the owner and operator of Hagan's Auto Sales, the oldest used car dealership in Taylor County. Mr. Hagan also kept busy by hauling milk for Chapel's Dairy, and as a young man, he had worked in the funeral business. He answered the call to duty and served his country honorably in the United States Army. He was a native of Monroe County, KY, and a resident of Taylor County at the time of his death. He was the son of the late Bascal and Effie (Carlock) Hagan. His wife of 62 years Martha Elise Nevins Hagan, survives. He leaves 13 direct living descendants. Mr. Cecil Clay Stubbs, Taylor Co./Adair Co., KY native (1941-2016) Mr. Stubbs was a sawmill worker, a former employee of the Fruit of the Loom factory, and drove a cab. He professed faith in Christ and was of the Baptist faith. He was the son of the late Alvin Kenneth and Lizzie May (Kearney) Stubbs. He leaves 12 direct living descendants. His companion of of over 30 years, Joyce Tucker, survives.
