Collision in S curves on KY 206/Liberty Road claims life Both occupants ejected from 2004 Toyota SUV. It is unclear as to the driver of the vehicle. One pronounced dead at the at Westlake Regional Hospital; other airlifted to UL, reported to be in critical condition. KSP Tpr. Beatrice Phipps, 87, Knifley, KY, (1927-2015) Bea worked for Delco Electronics for 22 years. She was a member of UAW 292. She enjoyed working in her yard and home. She loved to travel to shop for flowers in town and surrounding areas. Bea was a great cook and baker. She was known for her fried chicken and peach cobbler. When she wasn’t cooking for her family, she enjoyed going out to dinner in Rossville to eat catfish. She was a member of Beulah land Church, where she was known as “Aunt Bea”.
