Melody Haynes spoke at the January Chamber of Commerce meeting this week. She works for the Lake Cumberland ADD in the Workforce Development department as a Trade Career Manager, Rapid Response Coordinator and is the Cumberland Area WIN Administrator. She introduced the WIN courseware, an online workforce training program. The courseware provides a benefit for both employers and jobseekers.
