A Thursday specially priced item, a beautiful presentation is served at Pablo's Mexican Grill, 104 Public Square, by the Fountain, in Downtown Columbia, KY. This one is a stuffed with beef awaiting added intensity, to taste, of red or green habernero sauce and is served with generous portions of refried beans, Mexican rice, guacamole on a fresh cut bed of lettuce, sour cream, and on this occasion, the best Pico de Gallo ever - it was loaded with Jalapeno chips.
