2012-05-13 - Photo by Lynita Greer.
Michael Mardis smiled from his hospital bed before undergoing a bone marrow transplant in his battle with leukemia. There have been complications, and now his Greer family of Knifley, KY, are hoping Adair Countians will join to help him with the financial struggle as well. There will be a benefit 4pm-9pmCT/5pm-10pmET, Saturday, May 19, 2012, at the Knifley Area Volunteer Fire Department, Elkhorn Road, Knifley, KY (Bing Map), for Michael Mardis. We are inviting everyone to come join us in helping Mike. - Lynita Greer
