Autumn leaves, autumn cat

2006-11-06 - Fortune Street, Columbia, KY - Photo by Linda Waggener.
THE CAT ON THE ROOF STAYED AND THE SUGGESTED NAME THAT BEST FITS HER IS GOLDA MEOW. She is a thinking cat and she thinks the election will be just about over by this time tomorrow, Tuesday, November 7, 2006. She will be voting for whichever candidates promise more catfood on her dish, three times a day, and clean water. She's not sure about the neighborhood cats who have all come to check her out, but her behavior suggests she will give them a chance if they mind their manners. She is resting here on fallen leaves covering a hollowed out stump in the yard of the late Bobby and Merle Reed. Golda can sense that they were dedicated cat people.
