TV show screen is as close as we could get for a photo

2006-04-24 - WBKO Channel 13 Morning Show - Photo staff. RUSSELL COUNTY'S MOST FAMOUS CITIZEN THIS MORNING IS TARA ELIZABETH CONNOR who was crowned Miss USA Friday night. If you go to the web search engine and type in her name, a long list of news events appear about her already. She was a guest on ABC television's Live With Regis and Kelly this morning which could be seen locally on WBKO Channel 13 (on the tv screen in the photo). After introducing Tara and showing this footage of her crowning event Friday night, Kelly Rippa told Tara that she had maintained good composure and was able to give a winning smile when she was crowned. Tara responded that she thought it was because she was in shock. Tara talked about her brother Josh who is stationed in Italy, and about her family members who are thrilled for her. She will be living in New York this year as her journey as Miss USA begins.
